Return Guideline

To ensure the smooth and successful progress of the whole return processing procedure, please strictly guarantee that returned items are completely unoccupied, unused, undamaged and unpolluted, with intact original packages, complete supporting accessories and no missing parts. The final return processing results and settlement schemes will be officially confirmed after strict manual inspection, physical verification and comprehensive evaluation of returned goods. We will properly arrange and implement all follow-up service procedures orderly within a reasonable and standardized processing cycle.
